Terms of Service
The agreement that runs the marketplace.
These terms set out the relationship between PoolSpaces, guests and hosts. They apply to every visit, booking and listing on the platform.
How PoolSpaces works
We are a marketplace that facilitates bookings and payments between guests and hosts. We do not own, operate, staff or supervise any pool.
Hosts are independent owners or authorised operators. They are responsible for their premises, equipment, compliance and the condition of the space during a booking.
Guests are responsible for their own group, supervising children, following host rules and using the pool at their own risk.

By using PoolSpaces, you agree to these Terms of Service and the other policies linked here. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
