House rules

• Maximum 20 guests, including children.
• No smoking inside the house or on the pool deck.
• No diving — the pool is not deep enough at either end.
• Music off by 20:00 out of respect for neighbours.
• No glass at the water's edge; unbreakable cups are provided.
• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Leave the space as you found it — bins are beside the gate.

Safety information

• Shallow-end depth markers and a non-slip deck surround.
• Pool cover fitted outside of booked sessions.
• First-aid kit and rescue float stored at the pool house.
• Emergency numbers posted at the gate; host reachable on site or by phone.
• Water tested for pH and chlorine before every booking.
• PoolSpaces does not provide a lifeguard — guests swim at their own risk.
