House rules
- Maximum 18 guests, including children.
- No smoking inside the house or on the pool deck.
- No diving — the pool is not deep enough at either end.
- Music off by 20:00 out of respect for neighbours.
- No glass at the water's edge; unbreakable cups are provided.
- Adult supervision required at all times for guests under 14.
- Leave the space as you found it — bins are beside the gate.
