House rules
- Maximum 8 guests, including children.
- No smoking inside the house or on the pool deck.
- No diving — the pool is not deep enough at either end.
- Quiet hours from 20:00 — this is a residential street.
- No glass at the water's edge; unbreakable cups are provided.
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Leave the space as you found it — bins are beside the gate.

- Shallow-end depth markers and a non-slip deck surround.
- Pool cover fitted outside of booked sessions.
- First-aid kit and rescue float stored at the pool house.
- Emergency numbers posted at the gate; host reachable on site or by phone.
